Incredibly well organised from the initial booking to completion of the cruise and the staff go above and beyond to make your experience the best possible. Comfortable and spotless cabin. The location of Lan Ha is much quieter with tourism than Ha Long so we would highly recommend this particular cruise. We also spent a night on their sister cruise ship "Elegance" which tours Ha Long Bay as our second night was fully booked out after we had our itinerary confirmed, however the booking team were incredibly apologetic and offered us an upgrade, the on board staff of both ships were fully informed of our situation and made everything as simple and easy as possible, and the experience around Ha Long Bay was still exceptional.

Beds and rooms are very comfortable. Mango daiquiris were delicious. Lunch and breakfast buffets were very good. Beautiful surroundings.

The food was really great. Due to our seafoods allergies the Chef prepared us a special BBQ pork ribs for our third course of our main meal. The welcome dinner and breakfast was exceptional also. Nina our waitress was great. All the staff were fantastic

Everything was fantastic. Alex was wonderful. He wanted us to have all the comfort. They gave us complimentary wine bottles and upgraded the other room to Captains view. Over all fantastic. Manager Three was available for everything and for everyone. Bless them all. It was an out of the world experience.

From the moment you set onboard you are spoilt by the amazing staff. Everything about this cruise is amazing and the attention to detail shown by the staff of everything is unbelievable. Scenery is breathtaking. Would highly recommend this cruise and suggest if you can to do the 2 night cruise. Absolutely loved this experience.

Very good and professional crew. Stunning interiors, still new and very plush. The excursions and activities were enjoyable. It’s a great way to see Halong Bay/ Lan Ha Bay. The room was very well appointed and so comfortable and quiet. The food was mostly enjoyable…. Some dishes were better than the others but it was all really fresh and well presented.But there was a lot of food and good variety. The cocktails are generous but pretty average. The wine list by the glass was also quite average. The transfers were really well done and I need to thank April Le for excellent and prompt communication.

Superb 2D/1N cruise in Lan Ha Bay and an ideal option for couples or families looking to check out this beautiful patch of coast. Great itinerary which was packed with fun activities (e.g. kayaking through caves, early morning tai chi), fantastic staff, decent food (particularly breakfast) and very comfortable, smart cabins. We picked Lan Ha to avoid the 'over-touristy' Ha Long whilst still getting to see the incredible geography and were not disappointed!

We enjoyed our stay. Clean room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom. Good and sufficient food. Very nice staff! Gorgeous views from the sundeck, restaurant and room. The shore leaves were free of charge and quiet nice, but short. 1 hour biking to Viet Hai village in the afternoon and next morning 40 minutes kayaking to Hang Toi bright cave. Both a little crowded. They can pick you up at Cat Ba Gia Luan port. You do not need to take the ferry to the official pick-up point on Dao Tuan Chau.
